Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of VISA Network. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
VISA Network is a technology platform that lets members run remote mining sessions and earn VISA — an in-platform reward unit. VISA is not a payment card, e-money, security or investment, and is not affiliated with any card network or third party.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or show signs of fraud or abuse.
3. Rewards
All rewards (mining, missions, spin, referrals, ads, bonuses) are calculated and recorded server-side and are the source of truth. We may adjust reward parameters at any time. Rewards have no guaranteed monetary value.
4. Prohibited conduct
No multi-accounting, automation/bots, exploitation of bugs, manipulation of rewards, or fraudulent referrals. We use anti-fraud systems and may reverse rewards obtained in violation of these terms.
5. Withdrawals & listing
Withdrawals and any listing/market features are not available until we explicitly enable them. We make no promise as to if or when they will launch, and publish no launch date.
6. Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the service. Continued use constitutes acceptance. You may close your account at any time.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
